- How long does the entire process typically take?
- Most projects are completed within three weeks after we receive all final content by using our premium design foundation.
- What do I need to provide for my project?
- To keep your project on track, we require you to provide all website content, including text for your pages, high quality images, your logo, and brand colors.
- Can I use my own designer?
- Yes! We offer a "Bring Your Designer" option. Please note this during sign up, and we will provide a separate quote for integrating a custom design with our platform.
- Is Flow CMS just managed WordPress hosting?
- No. Managed hosting only covers the server. Flow CMS is a complete managed service. We provide the refined platform, the design, the build, the security, and the performance optimisation. We manage the product, not just the server.
- Will my site still be fast as I add content?
- Yes. Our "unbreakable" framework is designed to remain fast and stable. The performance is built into the architecture, not just added as a temporary fix.
- Can you make my existing WordPress site this fast?
- In many cases, yes. We can audit your current site and provide a quote to migrate and optimise it on our platform.
- What does "you own your website" actually mean?
- It means the core website files, design, and content are your property. With Flow CMS, your site is built on WordPress, the world's most popular open source platform. You have the freedom to host it anywhere and modify it in any way, now or in the future. You are not tied to us.
Managing your website
- Is it really impossible to break the layout?
- Yes. The core design template is locked down. You have full freedom within your content areas (text boxes, image spots), but you cannot accidentally change the core structure, colors, or fonts of the template itself.
- How do I update my website's content?
- Log in to your Flow CMS dashboard. You can edit text directly on the page and swap images in dedicated image blocks. The unbreakable layout ensures your design stays perfect.
- Can I add new pages to my website?
- Absolutely. You can create new pages that use your pre-approved, unbreakable design templates, ensuring consistency across your entire site.
- What if I need a feature not included in my package?
- Any service, integration, or feature not explicitly included in the foundation package will be scoped and provided as a custom quote before any work begins.
- What if I need to make a design change in the future?
- For minor tweaks, our support team can help. For major design overhauls, that falls under our custom design service, which we can quote for you. The standard package keeps your existing design perfectly intact.
- Is Flow CMS as easy to use as Wix?
- For day to day content updates, yes, it's even easier. You won't break the design. The key difference is that the foundation is built by experts, giving you a safe space to edit. You trade the 'drag-anything' flexibility for 'edit-anything-safely' confidence and much better performance.
- Can you move my existing Wix/Squarespace site to Flow CMS?

- What's included in the ongoing managed service?
- It includes hosting, security, backups, and core updates. The standard package fee includes the first year of this service.
- What's not included?
