- How long does the Flow build process take?

- Is Flow just managed WordPress hosting?
- No. Managed hosting only covers the server. Flow is a complete managed service. We provide the refined platform, the design, the build, the security, and the performance optimisation. We manage the product, not just the server.
- Will my site still be fast as I add content to Flow?

- With our protected layout system, you can confidently edit text and swap images using the dashboard. Your core design remains secure and intact, while you retain full control over your content.
- How do I update content in the Flow dashboard?
- Log in to your Flow dashboard. You can edit text directly on the page and swap images in dedicated image blocks. The protected layout ensures your design stays perfect.
- Can I add new pages to my Flow website?
- Absolutely. You can create new pages that use your pre-approved, protected layouts design templates, ensuring consistency across your entire site.
- What if I need a feature not included in my package?
- Any service, integration, or feature not explicitly included in the Flow foundation package will be scoped and provided as a custom quote before any work begins.
- What if I need to make a design change in the future?
- For minor tweaks, our support team can help. For major design overhauls, that falls under our custom design service, which we can quote for you. The standard package keeps your existing design perfectly intact.
- Is Flow as easy to use as Wix or Squarespace?
- For day to day content updates, yes, Flow is easier. You won't break the design. The key difference is that the foundation is built by experts, giving you a safe space to edit. You trade the 'drag-anything' flexibility for 'edit-anything-safely' confidence and much better performance.
- Can you move my existing Wix/Squarespace site to Flow?

- What is included in the Flow managed service?
- It includes hosting, security, backups, core updates, and Australian-based technical support. The standard package fee includes the first year of this service.
- What's not included?
The items below aren't included in the base package but are available as add-ons:
